Who's Leslie Costigan?
Leslie Costigan is the founder of PayPlus Payroll, LLC. Prior to starting her own firm, Leslie acquired 25 years of experience working for other companies providing Bookkeeping, Payroll and Human Resource support. Through this experience she found herself frustrated with the lack of customer service and mediocre systems that so many companies tolerate. She saw an opportunity to create a firm that brings excellence in all areas of her expertise with a foundation built on personal commitment to accurate and timely support, delivered with personalized, professional service.
Leslie's business model and commitment to excellence has served her business well. Her firm currently services several hundred loyal clients throughout the United States. Whether she is supporting a one person business, or a company with several hundred employees, Leslie is dedicated to creating the best business solution for that company. She has continued to expand her personal expertise and strenghten the value she brings to her clients by growing her technology and services. Leslie lives by the philosophy "people won't always remember what you said or did, but they will always remember how you made them feel."
Leslie earned a Bachelors degree from U Mass Amherst, and a MBA from U Mass Lowell. She acquired the designation of CPP (Certified Payroll Provider) in 2007 which is a designation that very few payroll providers accomplish. She is also QuickBooks Pro Certified.
Leslie has had a lifelong love of theatre arts. She has been a Producer and served on the Board of Directors for Blanchard Stony Brook Productions, a theatre group at the middle schools in Westford for over 10 years. She now provides accounting services to this non profit organization.
Leslie is an animal lover and in her spare time breeds and shows Ragdolls cats. She shares her house with her husband (who also happens to be allergic to cats), 6 adult cats, and a Chocolate Lab named Tucker. Her other interests are golf, skiing, and helping her husband build a 4 passenger plane. Leslie enjoys making memories with her 3 children and 2 grandchildren at her lake house in New Hampshire.
Who's Jamie McCabe?
Jamie McCabe is a very integral part of the PayPlus family. She is often the first cheerful voice and warm greeting that you will receive when you call our office. As our Lead Payroll Processor Jamie is well versed in the many products that we have to offer our clients and is always willing to assit them in any way.
Jamie joined PayPlus in 2008. She has eight years of administrative experience and three years of bookkeeping experience.
Jamie has an Associate's Degree from Middlesex Community College and is currently working towards her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She plans to continue her education towards her Master's Degree.
Jamie grew up just north of Boston and purchased her first home last year. She is recently engaged and has a ten year old daughter who keeps her very busy with her dance and horseback riding schedule. Jamie loves playing the piano, soccer, cooking, shopping, watching football with her family and friends, traveling to the Caribbean and visiting anywhere lighthouses can be found. She has a collection of pictures and figurines of different lighthouses she has visited.
Who's Sheila McCarthy?
Sheila McCarthy joined PayPlus in 2009. We were looking for ways to add value to our relationships with our clients and were pleased to announce the addition of Employee Benefit Expertise to our portfolio of services in the Fall of 2009.
Sheila is a perfect fit with PayPlus. Like PayPlus she is committed to service and is highly skilled and knowledgeable in her field. Easy to do business with, she can help you determine the most supportive employee benefit packages that work with your company's budget.
Sheila grew up in New Jersey and received a degree in Chemistry at Lafayette College in Easton, PA. After 17 years working in the chemical industry in sales and marketing Sheila shifted her career to an entrepreneurial pursuit in the insurance industry. Since 2001 she has focused her insurance business on servicing the small business owner. She offers health, life, dental, disability, and long term care insurance.
She is licensed in RI, MA and NH. Sheila lives in MA with her husband and two daughters. They enjoy music, good food, laughter, time with friends and they especially treasure lots of beach time in the summer.
